I am trying to find a place to go salt-fill up fishing in Rhode Island. I called the Fish and Wildlife Service and did not get a excellent answer for a place to go fishing in the ocean. Also, I did not quite know how to categorize this question, there really didn’t seem to be a proper place. Be grateful you in advance for your help!

I am from the area. try Newport ,Portsmouth,Tiverton. as a matter of fact if you go to newport try the park called fort adams.they have a boat ramp.excellent luck rhode island is fantastic.once you get in any of these areas question someone.people will gladly tell you where to go!bristol is a additional fantastic place to fish try colt state park there is a boat ramp there also.
