I want to know if there’s a cheaper mode to attract fish at night. Something that can substitue a fishing light.

You can make one cheap. I cannot remember how right now but search online. You just need a light, a Styrofoam float, and hook ups to your array, you normally have a trolling motor array so you can just use that. Do a search. Crappie fisherman make these rigs all the time.
