Lay the spool of line down with the categorize up, With a few rounds on your reel give it some slack and if your line twists turn the spool of line over. That should work excellent luck.

first tie it around the part where u place the line on and get a friend or whoever to hold the spool on the sides like ur pushing ur fingers together..? then start reeling.. make sure the line stays tight tho

First off I hope you meant reel and reels get mouted to rods not poles that is unless you do mean a pole and then you just tie the line in a excellent knot onto the end of your pole! Otherwise!
for a spiraling reel: float the spool in a bucket of fill up while retreiving the line onto your reel it will turn itself over when it needs to
for a baitcaster reel: let your buddy hold a pencil through the spools hole with the line coming off the spool from the top (this is key) it comes off the top and goes on the reaal to the top just like it was packaged without twist one….
