What are the top 5 deep sea game fishing locations?

I want to go out and catch some huge fish with some buddies in the best salt fill up place in the world. The main fish I’m interested in is the Marlin, but, I’d like to catch Sail Fish, Sword Fish, Barracuda, or large Tuna. What are the best locations for this type of fishing in the world? Details about the best month to go would be helpful too.

the bahamas, in an area called the Tongue of the Ocean–its basically a 5,000 foot cliff that forms underwater and attracts every fish type to it..here’s a link to a fishing calendar http://www.chubascocharters.com/bahamas_fishing_calendar__species_of_fish_and_best_months.htm

    1) Florida- winter months = sailfish.
    year round= swordfish
Spring time= monster Tarpon and huge sharks+ permit, bones and so on and so on.

    2) Bahama’s ( Bimini, free port, west end) -
year round wahoo, grouper, snapper, bones and large sharks. Bounty of flats fishing for cuda’s. Fantastic fishery out there with just a huge mix bag of everything and too many to mention here.

    3) Mexico- spring time- summer months- large hen fish, monster Cubera Snapper, huge squid ffishing at night and the tequila isn’t so terrible either. They have sails and Marlin but aren’t huge as in world record status but they’ll give you a sore back in the morning.

    4) Cuba- same as Florida- seen the pics and man it’s a shame many of us aren’t allowed to go there without the hassle….or imprisonment.

    5) Venezuela- winter time- monster marlin non stop.

Those are just a few top places to fish. To be honest, sometimes you just have to look in your “back yard” for the “world’s best” fishing spots around but that’s just me. ~excellent luck catchin’.

Nice info from CD, thumbs up. Just wanted to add that a 400# blue marlin was taken now off Islamorada, 2 1/2 fight to boat. NO fooling.
You can’t estimate that when you go out, but shows you what the waters hold. Tight lines.
