How much will a ticket for fishing with a barbed hook cost in Calif?

I was fishing on the Truckee River with a fly that did not have the barb pinched down. Does anyone know what the fine is?

    Forget about the fine , you should be worry about PETA.

    I agree about PETA. They could send a naked woman to protest your fishing spot. This would ruin the fishing leaving you with the only option to glare at them. Someone takes a picture of you glaring and sends to your wife. Wife gets angry and divorces you leaving you with less than half. Now that you have the free time to fish you can only glare at the naked woman who has ruined your fishing spot. Only in America. LOL
