I have a harvest moon ds game. I am at the beginning and i don’t know where to get the fishing pole. All i know is to go to griffin and nina? But when and where?

Go to Galen and Nina’s house at 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM on a Saturday. Make sure you have nothing equipped of it will not work!

It’s Galen and Nina.
And you go to Galen and Nina’s house between 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm. Make sure you don’t have anything in the equipped slots or you won’t activate the event.
If you’ve done all the stuff up there, and the event still hasn’t occurred, then you must have forgot to do something very obvious – talking to them at least once. If they don’t know you, why would they give you the rod?
